PRM-6KW DC Pulse Auto Body Dent Repairing Machine

 汽車鈑金凹痕修復(fù)機(jī),也叫介子機(jī)，是汽車修理廠用來(lái)修復(fù)凹陷鈑金的一種非常有用的設(shè)備.采用智能化控制，液晶顯示，功率可任意調(diào)節(jié)。

具有三角片焊接，圓形介子片焊接，OT形介子片焊接，螺柱焊接，碳棒加熱，鋼板壓平，鈑金點(diǎn)焊和波浪線焊接等八種鈑金修復(fù)功能。

可更換不同的焊接模具和介子，通過(guò)數(shù)控按鍵任意切換，簡(jiǎn)單方便。

Auto Body Dent Repairing Machine, also named as Dents Puller, is a very useful device for repairing concave sheet metal.

Adopted intelligent control and liquid crystal display(LCD),the power can be adjusted steplessly.

It has eight sheet metal repair functions,sucn as Triangle Washer Welding, Ring Washer Welding, OT Sheet Welding, Stub Welding, Carbon Heating, Steel Plate Flattening,Spot Welding and Wave Wire Welding,and so on.

Can replace different welding molds and welding accessories, and can switch freely through NC keys,very simple and convenient.

 主要原理、功能和特點(diǎn)

1.工作原理：利用低電壓、大電流通過(guò)汽車鈑金與輔助拉拔配件時(shí)產(chǎn)生的電阻熱融化接觸部分的金屬，用焊電的擠壓力把它們?nèi)酆显谝黄穑瑥亩�達(dá)到焊接的目的。

2.功能：焊接介子（供拉拽用的介質(zhì)）、單面電焊、電加熱收火、碳棒修補(bǔ)與加熱、鋼板壓平等。

3.特點(diǎn)：體積小，重量輕，攜帶方便，功率大，能耗低，焊接速度快、受熱范圍小、金屬不易變形、操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，功能齊全，可快速將凹陷車身外殼修復(fù)。

4.優(yōu)點(diǎn)：無(wú)論車身結(jié)構(gòu)如何，都可以在凹陷部位焊接不同的介質(zhì)，通過(guò)拉拽與熱壓的方法使之修復(fù)。集多種焊接、加熱等功能于一體，給車身修復(fù)帶來(lái)了方便。

1.
